What Heya doesn't do yet
Heya has no built-in quote form or payments yet. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year) and payments for Pro Plus ($49 a year), and neither is live. Until then, the quote buttons open an outside form like Tally or a Google Form, and deposits go through the invoicing tool you already use.
There is no booking calendar either. If you book tastings or calls, add a Calendly embed to the quote page so clients can pick a time themselves. Custom domains are still to come, so the site lives on name.heya.bio for now.
Questions
Is this catering website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
How do clients request a quote?
The Start the event form button opens any form you choose. A free Tally or Google Form can ask for the date, guest count, venue, budget and allergies, and you get every request in one place. A built-in form is planned but not live yet.
Can I list prices per guest?
Yes. Each sample menu shows its price per guest at the top, and the add-ons list their own prices. Click any price to change it.
Can clients book a tasting online?
Add an embed block with your Calendly page to the quote page and clients can pick a tasting time there. Heya has no booking calendar of its own.
Can I add a page for weddings and one for office lunches?
Yes. The template has 3 pages and the free plan allows 5 per site, so you can add both. Pro Lite allows 20 pages per site.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which is not live. For now your catering website lives on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS.
