Free musician website builder: a one-page site for your music
Heya costs $0 for 3 sites of up to 5 pages, with no code and no credit card, and Pro Lite removes the badge for $9 a year. Embed Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube and Vimeo players, add icons for 32 social networks, and publish on a free name.heya.bio address.
We make Heya. Prices for Bandzoogle, Squarespace, Wix, Linktree and Carrd come from their own pricing pages, checked from a US connection on October 16, 2026.
What goes on a musician website
Fans come looking for the same few things: something to play, where to see you next and where to follow you. Each one is a block you add in the editor.
- Your music An Embed block plays a Spotify track, album, playlist or artist page, or a SoundCloud track or set.
- Your videos The same block plays YouTube videos, Shorts included, and Vimeo videos.
- Release and show dates A Countdown block ticks down the days, hours, minutes and seconds, then shows your own text, such as "Out now".
- Tickets, merch and pre-saves Buttons (up to 6 per block) and Links (up to 50 per block) send fans to your ticket seller, Bandcamp page or shop.
- Your profiles Icons for 32 networks, including Spotify, Apple Music, Bandcamp, SoundCloud, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, Patreon and Ko-fi.
- Photos, bio and press Up to 200 images per site at 20 MB each, and separate pages for your bio, press kit or booking details.
How the music players work
Copy a share link from Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Vimeo and paste it into an Embed block. Heya reads the link and builds the player itself. Only these providers, plus Calendly and Google Maps, can load on your page, and there's no custom code on any plan.
Until a visitor clicks, each player is a preview, so a page with five tracks and two videos doesn't load seven players up front. Published Heya sites also ship no framework JavaScript. Embeds work the same on the free plan as on Pro Lite; read more about how embeds work.

When Heya fits, and when it doesn't
Pick a music platform if
- You want to sell downloads, merch or tickets on your own site. Bandzoogle sells downloads from Lite, merch from Standard and tickets on Pro.
- You need a tour calendar or a mailing-list signup built in. Both come with Bandzoogle's website plans.
- You want to upload your own audio files. Heya has no audio uploads; music plays through embeds.
- You need your own domain today. Heya's custom domains come with Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live yet.
Pick Heya if
- You want a site for your music with no monthly bill: $0, or $9 a year without the badge.
- Your music is already on Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Vimeo, and you want it playable on your own page.
- You sell through Bandcamp, a ticket seller or a merch store and only need to link to them.
- You want your files: a ZIP download of plain HTML, CSS, fonts and images on every plan.
Make your music site in 4 steps
- Pick a start Signal is made for an event, with a countdown and a "Get tickets" button. Muse is built around large photos. Or browse all 12 templates. No account needed.
- Add your music Paste your Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube or Vimeo links into Embed blocks, then add a Socials block with your profiles.
- Add pages if you need them Shows, Press and About can each be a page, up to 5 for free. Set the site's search title, description and share image.
- Publish Sign in with Google and pick an address like yourband.heya.bio: 3 to 40 lowercase letters, numbers or hyphens.

Questions
Can I make a musician website for free?
Yes. Heya's free plan gives you 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, and Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube and Vimeo embeds are included. There's no credit card, trial or time limit. Pro Lite, $9 a year, removes the small "Made with Heya" badge.
Can I embed Spotify and SoundCloud on my site?
Yes, on every plan. Paste a Spotify track, album, playlist, episode, show or artist link, or a SoundCloud track or set, into an Embed block. The player loads when a visitor clicks it.
Can I sell music, merch or tickets with Heya?
Not on Heya itself. There's no store, payments, ticketing, tour-date widget or mailing-list signup. Add buttons that link to Bandcamp, your ticket seller or your newsletter instead. If you want selling built in, Bandzoogle's Lite plan sells downloads for $9.16 a month billed annually.
Can I use my own domain for my band site?
Not yet. Custom domains come with Pro Standard at $19 a year, which is coming soon. Until then your site lives at a name.heya.bio address, or you can download it as a ZIP and host it on your domain anywhere that serves static files.
Is Heya better than Bandzoogle for musicians?
They do different jobs. Bandzoogle starts at $9.16 a month billed annually after a 14-day trial and includes music players, selling, a mailing list and a tour calendar. Heya is free, or $9 a year without the badge, and covers your embeds, links and socials, but sells nothing.
How we checked
On October 16, 2026 we read each builder's own pricing and help pages from a US connection and copied the numbers as written: bandzoogle.com/pricing, squarespace.com/pricing, wix.com/plans, Linktree's pricing page, carrd.com/pro and the Carrd docs, plus the Wix Music app page. "Not stated" means we couldn't find it there.
Plans change often. If a number here is out of date, email hello@heya.page and we'll fix it.
Put your music online today
Start without an account, embed your tracks and publish free on name.heya.bio. No credit card, and no badge for $9 a year.
