2026 builder comparison
Free landing page builders in 2026
We make Heya (3 free sites at name.heya.bio, no account to build, 68 templates). Here's how 11 landing
page builders compare.
We looked at Framer, Carrd, Systeme.io, HubSpot, MailerLite, Canva, Wix, and Heya, plus Unbounce,
Leadpages, and Instapage.
Heya is our own tool, so read its row with that in mind. All the other numbers come straight from each
builder's own pages, checked on October 23, 2026.

Framer
$0 free; $10/mo billed yearly
Framer gives you 1 GB of bandwidth on a framer.website, framer.photos, framer.media, or framer.wiki
address, though they say the Free plan is for non-commercial use. Basic costs $10 a month billed
yearly ($15 month to month) for 50 GB bandwidth.
- Better at
- dropping the "Made in Framer" banner once you connect a domain or upgrade.
- Watch out
- the pricing page doesn't say if Free includes forms.
Carrd
$0 free; $9/yr paid start
You get 3 sites on .carrd.co with 50 elements each and a 7-day Pro trial without a credit card. Pro
Lite ($9 a year) drops the branding and element cap, while Pro Standard ($19 a year) adds custom
domains and contact, payment, or Mailchimp, Kit, and MailerLite forms.
- Better at
- cheap upgrades.
- Watch out
- downloading site files takes Pro Plus at $49 a year.
Systeme.io
$0 free; $17/mo paid start
The $0 plan never expires, needs no card, and gives you 3 sales funnels (up to 15 steps), 1 website,
1 blog, 1 course, 2,000 contacts, and unlimited emails at 0% transaction fees. Startup is $17 a
month for 10 funnels, 3 domains, and 5,000 contacts.
- Better at
- 1 free custom domain and funnel opt-in forms.
- Watch out
- a fixed affiliate badge and a $10,000 lifetime sales revenue limit on Free.
HubSpot
$0 free; $7/mo per seat
Content Hub's free tier needs no card and lets up to 2 users publish 30 landing pages with forms.
Content Hub Starter removes the HubSpot branding and is listed at a limited-time $7 a month per seat
for new customers, next to the regular $20 rate.
- Better at
- connecting one custom subdomain (like www) or root domain on any account.
- Watch out
- free pages carry HubSpot branding.
MailerLite
$0 free; $10.80/mo billed yearly
It's an email tool with a page builder, giving you 1 landing page, 1 website, signup forms,
unlimited traffic, and 2,500 monthly emails for 250 subscribers on Free (plus a 14-day no-card
trial). Comfort is $10.80 a month billed yearly, or $12 monthly, for 500 subscribers and 10 pages.
- Better at
- bundling email and signup forms.
- Watch out
- the MailerLite logo and free domain stay until you pay.
Canva
$0 free; $144/yr for Pro
Canva Free publishes up to 5 live sites at my.canva.site with up to 10 sections per page, and forms
are included at no cost. Using your own domain or removing the "Designed with Canva" footer takes
Canva Pro ($144 a year for one person), Teams, or Education.
- Better at
- 5 free sites with forms included.
- Watch out
- no cheap tier if you just want your own domain.
Wix
$0 free; $17/mo billed yearly
Wix's no-card free plan gives you 500 MB storage, 1 GB bandwidth, and up to 4 forms on a
siteprefix.wixsite.com/siteaddress URL. Light costs $17 a month billed yearly ($24 month to month)
with a free domain for 1 year and a 14-day money-back guarantee instead of a trial.
- Better at
- 4 forms on the free tier.
- Watch out
- a Wix banner ad across the top of every page and a Wix tab icon.
Heya
$0 free; $9/yr paid start
You can edit any of the 68 templates (like Orbit, Pollen, or Signal) with countdowns and Calendly,
YouTube, or Google Maps embeds without an account, and sign in with Google only to publish 3 sites
at name.heya.bio. Pro Lite is $9 a year for 20 pages per site, followed links, and no badge.
- Better at
- free ZIP downloads of plain HTML, CSS, fonts, and images, even without signing up.
- Watch out
-
no forms yet (buttons link out), and $19/year Pro Standard for custom domains isn't live yet.
Three builders without a free plan
Unbounce, Leadpages, and Instapage don't have free plans, only trials. Unbounce has a 14-day no-card
trial for a single user with traffic limits and no custom domains, then costs $22 a month billed
yearly ($29 monthly) on Starter for 5 pages and 500 visitors. Leadpages collects a credit card for its
7-day trial and starts at $29 a month (20% off yearly), while Instapage wants a card for its 14-day
trial and charges $79 a month billed yearly for Create.
How we checked
We checked every builder's own pricing and help pages on October 23, 2026, from the US, and recorded
all prices in US dollars as shown to a US visitor. We only counted a plan as free if it stays at $0
past a 7-day or 14-day trial, and we noted where a feature wasn't stated on the pricing page instead
of guessing.
Plans change often. If a number here is out of date, email hello@heya.page and we'll fix it.
FAQ
Can I use my own domain on a free landing page builder?+
Yes, on two of them. Systeme.io includes 1 custom domain on its Free plan, and HubSpot's help
center says any account type can connect one custom subdomain or root domain. Or with Heya, you
can download the plain HTML and CSS as a ZIP for free.
Which free landing page builders include signup forms?+
Systeme.io, HubSpot, MailerLite, Canva, and Wix (up to 4 forms) all include forms on their $0
plans. Carrd locks forms behind Pro Standard at $19 a year, Heya doesn't have forms yet, and
Framer's pricing page doesn't say.
Can I remove the builder's branding on a free plan?+
No. Every free plan here shows a badge, banner, footer, or logo. The cheapest ways to take
branding off a hosted page are Carrd's Pro Lite and Heya's Pro Lite, both at $9 a year.
What's a good free builder for a coming soon page?+
Heya has the Pollen template for a coming soon page or waitlist, plus a countdown timer block and
buttons you can link to an external signup form. If you want built-in email capture on Free,
MailerLite and Systeme.io both include signup forms.
Do I need a credit card to try these free plans?+
Systeme.io, HubSpot, MailerLite, Wix, and Heya all let you use their free plans with no credit
card, and Heya doesn't even ask for an account until you publish. Carrd, MailerLite, and Unbounce
also run no-card trials of their paid tiers.
