Make your realtor website in 6 steps
- Open the templateIt opens in the Heya builder with all 3 pages, the photos and the text in place. You do not need an account to start.
- Add your listingsReplace the two listing photos, prices and details. Paste the link to each full listing, on your brokerage site or the MLS, into its View listing button.
- Update recent salesChange the three recently sold homes as new deals close. A price and the days on market are enough.
- Add your detailsChange the name, photo, neighborhoods, license number and brokerage, and check the license line against your state's advertising rules.
- Link your calendarPaste a Calendly link into the Book a call button, and link the home value report button to a Google Form that asks for the address.

What Heya doesn't do yet
There's no MLS or IDX feed, so listings don't update on their own: each one is a photo, a price and a button you change by hand. Link the button to the full listing on your brokerage site or the MLS, where buyers see every photo and detail.
There are no forms yet, so home value and showing requests come in by phone, email or an outside form like a Google Form. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live. Custom domains are still to come too, so the site lives on name.heya.bio for now.
Questions
Is this realtor website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
Can I show MLS listings automatically?
No. Heya has no IDX or MLS feed. Each listing is a photo, a price and a View listing button that links to the full listing wherever it lives. Swap them by hand when a home sells.
How many listings can I show?
The template shows two featured homes. Add another photo, price and button for a third, or give your listings their own page: the free plan allows 5 pages per site and Pro Lite allows 20.
Does it work for a team or a brokerage?
It is built for one agent or a small team. For a team, add each agent's photo and phone number to the about section. Heya doesn't do property search, so it isn't a fit for a brokerage portal.
Can I add a map of the area?
Yes. Add an embed block with a Google Maps link to show a neighborhood or the address of an open house.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are planned for Pro Standard, which is not live. For now the site is on name.heya.bio, and you can download it as plain HTML to host anywhere.
