What Heya doesn't do yet
There's no built-in booking calendar or contact form yet. The "Book a consultation" button opens your scheduling page, and you can add a Calendly embed to show the calendar on the page. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live.
There is no client portal, shop or way to take payments. Payments and password protection are planned for Pro Plus ($49 a year), which is not live either, so send proposals and invoices the way you do today.
Questions
Is this interior design website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
Can clients book a consultation on the site?
Yes, through your scheduling tool. Link the "Book a consultation" button to your Calendly or Acuity page, or add a Calendly embed so clients pick a time without leaving your site.
Can I show a portfolio of past rooms?
Yes. Add a portfolio page and fill it with photos, full width or side by side in grid sections. The free plan allows 5 pages per site, so there is room for 2 more.
Can I make it match my brand?
Yes. Pick any of the 14 presets or choose from 42 fonts, then swap in your own photos. See customization for what you can change.
Can I keep the site off Google while I set it up?
Yes. Turn on "hide from search engines" in the site settings, and turn it off again when you are ready to be found.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are planned for Pro Standard, which is not live. For now the site lives on a free name.heya.bio address with HTTPS.
