What Heya doesn't do yet
There's no built-in contact form or booking calendar yet. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live. Until then, link the booking buttons to Calendly, or add a Calendly embed to the contact page so clients pick a time without leaving your site.
Heya does not take payments or deposits, and there is no client portal. Send proposals, contracts and invoices from the tools you already use.
Questions
Is this event planner website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
How do clients book a call?
The booking buttons link to any scheduling page. Paste your Calendly link, or add a Calendly embed so your calendar shows right on the contact page.
Should I show my prices?
Starting prices save you calls with people who are not a fit. The template shows a from price for each package, and you can change them or take them out.
Can I add a gallery of past events?
Yes. The free plan allows 5 pages per site, so add a page with photos from your events in two or three columns. Pro Lite allows 20 pages per site.
Will it work on phones?
Yes. Every Heya site is responsive, so the packages, reviews and buttons stack neatly on a phone screen.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are on the way, so for now your event planner website lives on an address like copperlane.heya.bio with HTTPS.
