Make your consulting website in 6 steps
- Open the templateIt opens in the Heya builder with both pages, the photos and the text in place. You do not need an account to start.
- Write your headlineSay the result you deliver and who it is for, like "Close your books in 5 days" for a finance consultant. Then change the line under it.
- Add your resultsPut three real numbers from past clients in the results band. Ask the clients first, and describe the business instead of naming it if they prefer.
- Price your packagesEdit the three packages and prices. A small fixed-price first step, like a two-day review, gives new clients an easy way in.
- Write the case studiesFor each project, write the problem, what you changed and the result, in a few lines each.
- Link and publishPaste your Calendly link into the intro call buttons. Sign in with Google, pick an address like raman-operations.heya.bio and publish.

What Heya doesn't do yet
Heya has no booking, forms or payments yet, so the intro call buttons link to your own scheduling page, such as Calendly, and invoices go through your usual tool. You can also add a Calendly embed so the calendar shows on the page. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live.
There's no blog, so longer articles are better posted on LinkedIn and linked from the site. Custom domains are still to come, so the site lives on name.heya.bio for now.
Questions
Is this consulting website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
Does it work for other kinds of consultants?
Yes. The pages fit any consultant who sells a few packages, in marketing, IT, HR or finance. Change the headline, the results and the case studies, and pick a theme that fits.
Can clients book a call on the site?
The intro call buttons link to any scheduling page, such as Calendly. You can also add a Calendly embed so your calendar shows on the page. Heya has no built-in booking.
Can I leave my prices off?
Yes. Delete the price lines, or write "Quoted after a free call" instead.
Can I remove the Heya badge?
Yes. Pro Lite removes the small "Made with Heya" badge for $9 a year, and links on your site lose nofollow. See no branding.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are planned for Pro Standard, which is not live. For now the site is on name.heya.bio, and you can download it as plain HTML to host anywhere.
