It has services with starting prices, a 4-step process, client reviews, a pricing page with a tax checklist, and a contact page with your hours and client portal link. Edit it in your browser and publish it on yourname.heya.bio. Pro Lite removes the small badge for $9 a year.

- Change the firm detailsClick any text to change the name, the city, your license and the year you opened. Keep the services you offer and delete the rest.
- Set your pricesEdit the starting prices on the home and pricing pages. If you quote every job, write "Quoted after a free call" instead.
- Link your portal and calendarPaste your client portal link into the portal button and a scheduling link, like Calendly, into the intro call buttons.
- Publish and shareSign in with Google, pick an address like cho-tax.heya.bio and publish. Put the link in your email signature and on your invoices.

What Heya doesn't do yet
Heya has no forms, file uploads or payments yet, so clients can't send documents or pay through the site. Link the buttons to the client portal you already use, and to a scheduling page like Calendly for intro calls. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live.
There's no password protection, so keep anything private in your portal, not on the site. Custom domains are still to come too, so the site lives on name.heya.bio for now.
Questions
Is this accountant website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
Can clients upload documents through the site?
No. Heya has no forms or file uploads yet. The template has an "Open the client portal" button: paste the link to the portal you already use, and clients upload there.
Does it work for a bookkeeper, an EA or a tax preparer?
Yes. Change the license line in the dark band, rename the services and set your own prices. The pages fit any small practice that sells a few services at set prices.
Can I change the colors and fonts?
Yes. Pick one of 14 theme presets or set your own colors, and choose from 42 fonts. See customization.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are planned for Pro Standard, which isn't live yet. For now the site is on name.heya.bio. You can also download it as plain HTML and host it anywhere.
Can I add more pages?
Yes. The template has 3 pages and the free plan allows 5 per site, so there is room for a page for business clients or one about your team. Pro Lite allows 20 pages per site.
