- Add your artistsChange each name, style, rate and bio. Copy an artist for a guest spot, or delete one for a smaller shop.
- Set your booking rulesEdit the deposit amount, shop minimum, age rule and aftercare steps so they match how your studio works.
- Link your request formMake a request form in Google Forms, Tally or Jotform that asks for the idea, size, placement and reference photos, and paste its link into the Request a tattoo buttons.

What Heya doesn't do yet
There's no built-in request form yet. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live. Until then the Request a tattoo buttons open an outside form: Google Forms, Tally and Jotform can all collect the idea, size, placement, budget and reference photos.
Heya does not take payments yet either, so deposits go through your booking or payment tool. Payments are planned for Pro Plus ($49 a year), which is coming soon.
Questions
Is this tattoo website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites carry a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
How do clients send tattoo requests?
The Request a tattoo buttons link to any form you choose. A free Google Form or Tally form can ask for the idea, placement, size, budget and reference photos, and every request lands in one list. See forms for what is planned in Heya.
Can each artist have their own booking link?
Yes. Every artist on the Artists page has a Book with button, so you can link each one to their own form, booking page or email address.
Can I show a portfolio for each artist?
Yes. Add image blocks under each artist, or give each artist a page with a photo grid. The free plan allows 5 pages per site and Pro Lite allows 20.
Can I keep the dark look?
Yes, the template uses the Ink preset: near-black with white type. You can also switch to any of the 14 presets or 42 fonts, see customization.
