What Heya doesn't do yet
There's no built-in booking or request form yet. Forms are planned for Pro Standard ($19 a year), which isn't live. Until then, the inspection button opens an outside form or a scheduling page, and you can add a Calendly embed to the inspection page.
Custom domains are still to come, so your roofing website lives on name.heya.bio for now. There's no photo gallery block either: before and after photos go in image blocks, one per section or side by side.
Questions
Is this roofing website template free?
Yes. The template and publishing are free: up to 3 sites with up to 5 pages each on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS, no credit card and no time limit. Free sites show a small "Made with Heya" badge, which Pro Lite removes for $9 a year.
Can homeowners book an inspection online?
The Request an inspection button links to any form or scheduling page you use, such as a Google Form or Calendly. You can also embed Calendly on the page. There is no built-in booking.
Can I show before and after photos?
Yes. Put two image blocks side by side in a two-column section, with a short line of text under each. The free plan allows 5 pages per site, so a page of past jobs fits too.
Can I build a roofing website without a web designer?
Yes. Heya is a website builder that runs in your browser: click any text to change it, swap the photos and publish. There is no code to write. See customization.
Can I use my own domain?
Not yet. Custom domains are planned for Pro Standard. Until then the site lives on a name.heya.bio address with HTTPS.
