What's coming
with you?
What's included in a site download?
Your site's unminified HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and images. Server-side code is not included. The download is a ZIP of front-end files, not a copy of the Heya platform.
Will my forms still work?
Elements that require Heya's platform, most notably forms, will still be visibly present but will not function in the downloaded site. Connect an alternative before hosting those features elsewhere.
Can I upload the files back to Heya?
No. Downloaded sites cannot be uploaded back into Heya. Keep the original site in your dashboard if you want to continue editing it with the Heya builder.
Which plan do I need?
Site downloads require Pro Plus or higher. You can compare plans and their other features on the Pro page.
