Pool committee
Sets the pool rules and hires the lifeguard company. Meets every April.
Architectural review
Reviews ARC requests within 30 days. Three members, chaired by Darnell Price.
Social committee
Plans the Fourth of July bike parade, the fall chili cook-off and the garage sales.
Landscape committee
Looks after the entrances, the walking trail and the trees along Willow Bend Drive.
After-hours emergencies
For a water main break, a stuck gate or a pool emergency after hours, call the 24-hour line. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
