Announcements
- Pool fobs for the new seasonPick up at the clubhouse on Saturdays, 9 to 11 am. Bring a photo ID.
- Tree trimming on Willow Bend DriveCrews work Monday to Wednesday. Please park in your driveway.
- Dues are due on the 1st$285 per quarter. A $25 late fee applies after the 15th.

Dues
$285 a quarter
Due January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1. Pay online, by check or by bank draft.
Pickup
Trash on Tuesdays
Recycling every other Friday. Bulk pickup on the first Monday of the month.
Meetings
Every other month
Board meetings are on the second Tuesday at 7 pm in the clubhouse. All owners are welcome.
Pool and clubhouse
Open Memorial Day to Labor Day
Daily from 10 am to 9 pm, except Mondays, when it opens at noon after cleaning. Each home gets 2 fobs, and a replacement costs $25.
Rent the clubhouse for parties of up to 60 people for $75, plus a $200 deposit you get back after cleanup.
Building or remodeling?
Fences, roofs, paint colors and sheds need an approved ARC request before work starts. The committee replies within 30 days.

Streetlight out or a pool gate stuck? Email the management office with a photo and the location.
Selling your home?
Order the resale certificate from the management company. It takes up to 10 business days.
