You know the cost before your first session. If you pay yourself, you get a written Good Faith Estimate.

Individual session
50 minutes, in person or by video.

Couples session
75 minutes, in person or by video.

A few spots each season for students, teachers and anyone between jobs. Just ask.
Insurance
Using out-of-network benefits
I am not in network with insurance plans, but many PPO plans pay back part of the fee for out-of-network therapy.
- Call your plan and ask about out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits
- Pay after each session by card, HSA or FSA card
- Each month I send a superbill you can submit for reimbursement
Cancellations
Cancel or move a session with 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations are billed at the full fee.
Video sessions
Through a secure telehealth platform. You need to be in Illinois during the session.
