How a project works
Every project starts with a consultation. From there you can take the plan and run with it, or hand us the whole thing.
1. Consultation
We walk the house together, talk budget and timing, and you get a written plan within a week.
2. Concept
A mood board, a floor plan and a line-item budget for your sign-off.
3. Ordering
We order at trade prices, track every delivery and inspect each piece when it lands.
4. Install day
We place the furniture, hang the art and style the room in a single day.
What it costs
Design fees are flat and agreed before we start. Furniture and lighting are billed at our trade price plus 15 percent, which is usually less than retail.
Most clients spend $25,000 to $60,000 on a living room or primary suite, furniture included.

Charleston, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Daniel Island and the beaches.
Timeline
Most rooms take 10 to 14 weeks. Custom upholstery can add 8 weeks.
Availability
We start 2 or 3 new projects a month and book about 6 weeks out.
