Nora Lindqvist, AIA, founded Studio Alder in 2011 after ten years at larger firms. Today we are four architects in a converted storefront on SE Division Street.
Nora leads every project herself, from the first meeting to the last site visit.
Flat fee from $2,500
Feasibility
We study the zoning, the site and your budget, and tell you honestly what is possible.
10 to 15% of the build cost
Design and permits
Sketches, models and drawings in close rounds with you, through to the building permit.
Included in the design fee
Construction
We visit the site every week, answer the builder and check the work against the drawings.
