How do I save a map for offline use?
Open a trail, tap Save offline and pick the map area. Saved maps work in airplane mode.
How do I cancel Overlook Plus?
Apple and Google handle subscriptions. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Why does my GPS track look jumpy?
Deep canyons and thick trees can bounce the signal. Turn on High accuracy in Settings for a smoother line.
Can I use one subscription on two phones?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on up to 3 devices.
How do I report a trail problem?
Tap Add report on the trail page and add a photo. Other hikers see it within minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. We erase your data within 30 days.
