What to send us

- W-2s and 1099s from every job, bank and brokerage
- Your tax return from last year, if you are new to us
- Form 1098 for mortgage interest, and property tax bills
- Childcare costs and the provider tax ID
- Receipts for charitable gifts
- Form 1095-A if you bought health insurance on the marketplace
